Description
The set of equipment "ALIER-101" is designed for electrical discharge machining (EDM) of machine parts in order to increase their wear resistance, harden the working surfaces of the cutting tool and stamping equipment, restore or harden parts of the bodies of rotation with a power tool on a lathe or in manual mode with a special hand tool .
In manual mode, the hardening of the tool is performed with standard TiCo, WCo carbide inserts or special synthetic electrodes of micro- and nanocrystalline structures, and the restoration of parts is performed with electrodes made of steels, metals or alloys widely used in industry.
In mechanized mode, parts are hardened with a special synthetic disk electrode, or steel electrodes, and restoration - with electrodes made of various metals, steels or alloys.
The new generation generator contains a microcontroller control unit that allows you to quickly and clearly select the optimal operating modes, analyzes the state of the interelectrode gap and flexibly regulates the energy introduced into the interelectrode gap to stabilize the parameters of material transfer from the electrode to the part.
The generator is adaptive, supports work in both dependent and independent modes, optimizing the processing process for various types of tools from the set.
The complete set of equipment "ALIER-101" contains a generator, a hand tool (vibration exciter), tools for mechanized processing (multi-electrode tool, disk tool, axial tool), a current collector and a plate for fixing tools on a 1K62 screw-cutting lathe or similar.
Various configuration options are available at the request of the customer.
