Description
“ALIER-54” is a portable installation for reconditioning or hardening of components in the manual mode with special hand instrument (a vibration exciter) or for recondition or hardening of components with axisymmetric body by using of mechanized multielectrode instrument on the lather tool.
The hardening of components is carried out by the standard TiCo, WCo carbides or special electrodes of integrated micro/nanocristalline structures. The reconditioning of parts is performed by the electrodes made from wide used in the industry types of steels, metals and different аlloys.
The installation can be used for local electroerosion removing of material from metal products in a liquid medium.
A generator is adaptable which supports both the dependent and the independent modes.
The generator control unit analyzes the state of interelectrode spacing and flexible regulates the input energy into the interelectrode spacing in order to stabilize the transfer parameters of material from the electrode to the part.
The installation kit contains the generator, the hand instrument (the vibration exciter), multielectrode instrument IMM-20, a current collector and the plate for fixing of multielectrode instrument on the screw-cutting lathe of model 1К62 or it equivalent.
