Description
“ALIER-72” is an installation for reconditioning or hardening of components with axisymmetric body by using of mechanized multielectrode instrument.
The reconditioning of components is performed by the electrodes made from wide used in the industry types of steels, metals and different аlloys.
The electrosparking coating application is carried out by the mechanized multielectrode instrument on the surface of turning component. (1...15 rotations/min). It is possible to use the screw-cutting lathe of model 1К62, 1М63 or it equivalent.
The installation kit contains the generator, the multielectrode instrument IMM-20, a current collector and the plate for fixing of multielectrode instrument on the screw-cutting lathe.
The generator G72 belongs to the new generation. There is a possibility to apply the principles of monitoring of the state of interelectrode spacing, to regulate and stabilize the parameters of input energy into the interelectrode spacing (the system of controlled spark). The preset parameters of coating application, optimum temperature in the area of application are kept by using of modern power base and micro controllers that increases the efficiency of the process.
The mechanized multielectrode (consist of 20 electrodes) instrument IMM-20 has an improved construction. It can be supplied with additional disk and with electrode carrier for rapid replacement of the electrodes. The plate for fixing of instrument on the cross slide of screw-cutting lathe is included in the kit.
The current collector is intended for transfer of technological current impulses on the manipulated component through the lathe chuck. It is possible to supply the current collector of model D250 or D400 depending on the diameter of the lathe chuck.
