Firm "SCINTI" S.R.L. was founded in 1997 as a research and production enterprise. The company was founded by employees of the departments of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova with more than 20 years of experience in the development, production and implementation of non-traditional technologies and equipment.
In the early years, the company mainly designed, manufactured and supplied installations for electrospark alloying.
Currently, the main electrical technologies in the company's activities are:
- electrical discharge machining (hardening, restoration, erosion);
- microplasma treatment (microarc oxidation);
- electrochemical thermal treatment (nitriding, carburizing, hardening);
- application of polymer powder paints in an electrostatic field;
- cathodic protection of underground structures, tanks, oil and gas pipelines;
- processing of vegetable raw materials by electric current;
- various installations and power sources (welding, electroplating, electrochemistry, medicine, biology, etc.).
The company supplied various equipment to Russia (Institute of Steel and Alloys, Moscow, GOSNIITI, Moscow, N. Realizing the need for technology development, the company pays special attention to cooperation with research and production centers, research institutes, universities. So, for individual orders, for research, the device "DECRUST-2" (NII ICPE, Bucharest), power supplies for electrophoresis painting (NII ICTCM, Bucharest), the ALIER-31 installation (Laser processing center in Bucharest) were developed, manufactured and delivered.
